Maybe your child has expressed interest in learning the piano or keyboard. Maybe you've found a renewed interest in picking up that guitar in the corner. Would you like a music mentor to give you some professional guidance and healthy practice accountability?
For a limited time, I am offering discounted start-up rates for private music lessons. With the cost of everything continuing to rise, it is inevitable that lesson costs rising will follow suit. This year alone, regional average prices for private lessons in upstate New York range from $30-35 for half-hour lessons and $50-65 for full-hour lessons. If you're on the fence, now is the time to dive in! These prices won't last forever.
Music Lesson Start-Up Rates (Sale prices)
$20 - 30 minute lesson (regular price $25)
$45 - 60 minute lesson
My price includes all print-outs and loose-leaf sheets the teacher provides to the student. There is also a one-time fee of $30/per student, per year, for access to the online "student portal" where students/parents have "round the clock" access to relevant music lesson information. The teacher will advise each student/parent of the need for additional workbooks/lesson books or other necessary materials. Any additional items needed will be the student's expense. Payments can be made directly to Nathan Carey on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. You can pay by cash, check, or online with PayPal. If you’re writing a check, make all checks payable to Nathan Carey. Payment is due at the time of the lesson. Although I do welcome advance payments, please be aware that I do not offer make-up lessons. If a student cancels having given prior notice or the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, advance payments will be credited forward and can be applied to future lessons.
